3. Account and Subscription

• Each subscription is for a single user and includes one connection unless otherwise specified in Family Plans.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable between users without prior authorization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials.
• Sharing credentials with third parties may result in service suspension without refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TV2GO services only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit any content accessed through our service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of the service.

5. Payments

• All payments are one-time transactions. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
• Prices are subject to change, but existing subscriptions will be honored until expiration.
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, TV2GO does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the TV2GO website and service are the intellectual property of TV2GO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TV2GO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription period in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law
