Every TV2GO subscription is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
- The service is not functioning as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- You changed your mind about the purchase before or shortly after activation.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
